Day 01: Arrive Mumbai - Nashik (185 Kms/ 4 hrs drive approx)
Our executive will receive you upon arrival at Mumbai airport and thereafter, you will directly proceed to Nashik. Upon arrival at Nasik, you will check into hotel. In afternoon, you will visit the Panchvati area where river Godavari flows. As per Hindu mythology, Lord Rama along with his wife Sita and brother Lakshman spent some time here. This place is thus dotted with a number of temples. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Nashik.
Day 02: Nashik - Trimbakeshver Temple
After breakfast at the hotel you will visit the Triambakeshwar temple, which is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas (Shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva) in India. The remarkable feature of the Jyotirlinga located here is that it has three faces that embody Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. Trimbakeshwar is significant in two ways - apart from being the abode and one of the twelve jyotirlingas, it is the source of the Godavari river, one of the two holiest watercourses of Maharashtra. After the Darshan, you will drive back to Nashik. Overnight stay at hotel in Nashik.
Day 03: Nashik - Trimbakeshver Temple
After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Trimbakeshver Temple. In evening you will return back to Nashik. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Nashik.
Day 04: Nashik - Shirdi (90 Kms / 2 hrs drive approx)
After breakfast at hotel, you will be driven to Shirdi. The Shirdi Saibaba Temple, located at Shirdi, draws thousands of devotees of all religions, castes and creed who come to pay homage to Shri Sai Baba. The temple is a beautiful shrine that was built over the Samadhi of Shri Sai Baba. Temple was established in 1922 to carry out the services of Shri Sai Baba. At age of 16 yrs Sai Baba arrived at Shirdi in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra and remained their till his death. Upon arrival, you will check into hotel. After some rest, you will proceed for Darshan. You will spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Shirdi.
Day 05: Shirdi - Aurangabad (126 kms / 2.5 hrs drive approx)
After breakfast at hotel, you will drive to Aurangabad and upon arrival check into hotel. Later on, you will visit the Grishneshwar Temple - an ancient pilgrimage site revered as the abode of one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Shiva. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Aurangabad.
Day 06 - 07: Aurangabad
After breakfast at hotel, you will spend the entire day seeing the world famous Ajanta caves located on the outskirts. Originally known as Khadke, these caves were discovered in the year 1610 by Malik Ambar. It was rechristened as Aurangabad after the name of Mughal emperor Aurangazeb. After sightseeing, you will return to hotel. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Aurangabad.
After breakfast at hotel, you will visit the Ellora Caves and Aurangabad City. Among the popular tourist spots you will explore are Aurangzeb Tomb, Windmill and so on. Later, you will visit the Shani Shingnapur, a popular temple of Shani, the Hindu god of the planet Saturn. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Aurangabad.
Day 08: Aurangabad - Pandharpur (Sholapur)
After breakfast at hotel, you will drive to Pandharpur - a holy shrine of Vithoba (Lord Krishna). It is one among the numerous pilgrimage destinations in Pandharpur. The temple is believed to be centuries old and the most amazing aspect in this holy shrine is the scripture that dates back to the year 1195. According to popular belief, if devotees rub their back on the scripture at the temple, it absolves them from the wheel of rebirths. Upon arrival at Pandharpur, you will check into hotel. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Sholapur.
Day 09: Pandharpur - Pune
After breakfast at hotel, you will go for Darshan at Vithoba temple. Thereafter, you will be driven to Pune. Upon arrival at Pune, you will check into hotel. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Pune.
Day 10: Pune Sightseeing
The city of Pune has a great history behind it. Earlier, Pune was called Punya Vishaya and was then an agricultural region. By 13th century (under the rule of the Sultan), the place began to be called Kasbe Pune and thereafter, Poona by the British. It is since last few decades that it is being called Pune. There are many places of tourist interest here like Agha Khan Palace, Osho commune centre, Pataleshwar Cave Temple, Raja Kelkar Museum, Film And Television institute, etc. You will spend the whole day sightseeing in Pune. Overnight stay will be hotel in Pune.
Day 11: Pune - Bhimashankar - Mumbai
After breakfast at hotel, you will drive to Mumbai, visiting the Bhimashankar Temple on the way. After Darshan at the temple, you will drive to Mumbai. Upon arrival at Mumbai, you will check into hotel for overnight stay.
Day 12: Mumbai Departure
After breakfast at hotel, our executive will transfer you to Mumbai airport to help you board your flight for onward destination.
